Use a TR15 security screwdriver to open
the battery case.

Use a solder gun to release
the wires from 
the tabs on the old battery pack.

At this time, you can replace the thermal cut-off 
switch, if needed. (New thermal cut-off switch
included with Repack Kit)

Measure the length of tab needed.

Cut tab to desired length (if needed)

-Positive and negative will be marked on Repack.
 Please make sure you are putting the contact
 on correctly.
-Pre-solder the tabs.

First, solder the thermal cut-off wire to the tab
then attach the negative (black) wire to the
same tab.

Both black wires are being attached to the negative
tab.

Solder the positive (red) wire to the positive tab

Adjust the red and black wires so that they
do not get pinched while putting the case
back together.

-Lastly, tuck the thermal cut-off switch into place
to minimize pinching.
